His education includes learning from many esteemed masters who are well-versed in both the intricacies of the instrument and the broader realm of Indian music. Furthermore, Ajit has shared his deep knowledge and passion for the veena by teaching students at the Doon Private School located in Dehradun. In addition to his teaching endeavors, he is widely recognized as the owner of Pratap Music House in Astley Hall, a music store originally established by his grandfather many years ago.
